“Always welcomed at pillars. My wife and I come here for breakfast whenever we're in Cardiff. We look forward to visiting this subterranean eatery as part of our visit. Buffet style, quality dining, at great prices. I enjoy the 9 piece myself, and the Bride goes for a veggie 7 piece. Never dissatisfied. 15 pounds for two peoples breakfast with tea and coffee? Can't turn your nose up at that.”

“I really enjoyed the vibes of this restaurant. The decorations, the service, the food, all are so nostalgic. We got jacket potatoe and cottage pie and cheesecake. They all were good quality and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it and I will go back again x”

“Food was beautiful, service was incredible and the venue holds such special memories for us. Such a shame to see both male and female toilets absolutely filthy - again. Last time we visited we had to use the staff toilets as the customer ones were out of order and remember them being vile too. It’s such a shame because it then reflects directly on the standards of the staff serving your food and sadly would put me off returning.”

“Overall was great. A few things that I could nit pick at but were just personal preference and were not enough of a problem to cause an issue over as nowhere is perfect. Food was delicious. Service was relatively quick, food was piping hot when it arrived and the staff were quite helpful when ordering food. Neither me nor my partner were rushed while ordering. The toilets were questionable. But other than that I have absolutely no complaints. Would 100% recommend going.”
